3 Pumpkin + CBD Recipes For Fall 🍂

Fall is our favorite season: the leaves are changing color, the heat is turning to breeze, our plants are healthy and almost ready for harvest, and it’s pumpkin season 🎃

This Wellness Wednesday, we want to welcome this wonderful time of year with 3 pumpkin-related recipes that you will love! The best part is, you can infuse them with CBD to get the maximum out of the benefits!

So without further ado, here are 3 easy-to-make pumpkin recipes you will absolutely LOVE. 

CBD-infused pumpkin spice latte ☕️

You know we had to! This iconic drink has a year-round waiting list, but you can make it in the comfort of your own home!

Here’s what you need:

1 dropper of unflavored or mint CBD tincture

½ cup of milk (regular, almond, soy, oats…)

1 to 3 tbsp of sugar (depending on your taste)

½ cup of hot, strong coffee

½ tbsp of vanilla extract 

1 tbsp of pumpkin puree

⅔ tsp of pumpkin pie spice

Whipped cream (optional)

What you need to do:

Heat the milk, the pumpkin puree, the sugar and the dropper of CBD in a saucepan, but do not boil. Once heated, remove the saucepan from the heat, add the vanilla extract, the coffee and ⅓ tsp of the pumpkin pie spice and whisk together.

Serve in a mug, add the whipped cream and sprinkle ⅓ tsp of pumpkin pie spice.

CBD + Pumpkin Cookies 🍪

Now that you know how to make your own pumpkin spice latte, pair it up with soft pumpkin cookies. Oh yes, we’re going all cozy.

Ingredients you need for about 18-22 cookies:

1 dropper of unflavored CBD tincture

½ cup of softened butter

¾ cup of brown sugar

1 egg

½ cup of pumpkin puree

1 ½ cups of flour

½ tbsp of cinnamon

½ tsp of vanilla extract

½ tsp of baking powder

½ tsp of baking soda

½ tsp of salt

What you need to do:

Preheat the oven to 350°.

In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, egg, dropper of CBD and pumpkin puree well. Once mixed, add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix well. Lastly, add the flour and mix until all the ingredients are combined.

Place about 1 tbsp of mix lined up on a baking sheet. To avoid sticking, use parchment paper. 

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies have set. At this point, if you’d like them a little harder, leave them in the oven until slightly golden.

Pumpkin + CBD butter 🍯

The pumpkin and CBD butter is perfect for spreading on toast or even dipping apples or crackers in!

Here’s what you need:

1-2 droppers of unflavored CBD tincture

2 cups of pumpkin puree

¼ cup of brown sugar

¼ cup of maple syrup

¼ tsp of cinnamon

⅛ tsp of ginger

⅛ tsp of pumpkin pie spice

¾ cup of water

What you need to do:

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the mix has caramelized and turned dark brown, mixing regularly so it doesn’t burn.

Once done, let it cool and enjoy! It can be stored in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
