CBD helps increase focus and energy as well as reduce inflammation and soreness pain. Combined with the following natural ingredients, you get yourself an easy-to-make pre-workout smoothie 🙌
What you need:
1 cup of spinach 🍃
1-2 bananas 🍌 (to your liking)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter 🥜
1 cup of almond milk or water 🥛
1 cup of ice (optional)
1 dropper of noteCBD unflavored tincture (or flavored 😉)
Why those ingredients?
Spinach is a superfood. It has so many nutrients and vitamins that help make muscles stronger, and boost the immune system.
Bananas are packed with potassium and rich in carbohydrates. They’re a great source of fuel for your muscles. They also help reduce stress after your workout.
Althoughpeanut butter is high in calories, it’s rich in protein, high in fiber and monosaturated carbs, which makes it less likely for your body to store it as fat. The key is moderation.
