Stay cool with these natural popsicle recipes πŸ‰

This Wellness Wednesday we’re sharing 3 natural popsicle recipes perfect for the β˜€οΈ

These recipes are so simple and tasty, they only require few ingredients, a popsicle mold, and a blender.

πŸ₯­(mango) + 🍊(orange) + 🍍(pineapple)

What you need:

  • One πŸ₯­
  • One 🍊
  • A few slices of 🍍
  • Citrus-flavored noteCBD 🍯

πŸ‰(watermelon) + πŸ“(strawberry)

What you need:

  • 3-4 cups of chopped πŸ‰ without seeds
  • 1 cup of fresh πŸ“
  • Watermelon-flavored noteCBD 🍯

πŸ‹(lime) + πŸƒ(mint) + πŸ‰(watermelon)

What you need:

  • Two tablespoons of freshly squeezed πŸ‹ juice
  • 3-4 cups of πŸ‰
  • A few πŸƒ leaves (to add once blended)
  • Mint-flavored noteCBD 🍯


The directions for all 3 of them are pretty much the same.Β 

Blend all the ingredients together to a puree consistency. Then, add your preferred dosage of noteCBD. Pour them into the popsicle molds and freeze for 2-3 hours.

Layered popsicles πŸ™Œ

Have 3 popsicles in one by layering! All you have to do is repeat the steps above for all three popsicles. To add CBD, add β…“ of your dosage to each blend.

When pouring into the popsicle mold, add your favorite tincture flavor and dosage, and freeze them for 10 mins in between layers.Β 

Then freeze the whole thing for 2-3 hours.
