Three Smoothies to Balance Your Day

Thrive Magazine has shared three daily CBD-infused smoothies with us and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Hump days are though, and they’re even tougher when Friday is not coming fast enough. Trust us, we’ve been there... But when you have the perfect balance of energy, focus, and sleep, you can get through ANYTHING! Even Wednesday and Thursday.

And, as if you need more reasons to want to try these out, they’re vegan! 🍃

🤩 CBD VeganEnergy Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • ½ cup of baby spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 1/3 cup silken tofu
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1–2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 full dropper of your favorite tincture

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Enjoy!

🤔 CBD VeganFocus Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of silken tofu
  • 1/2 banana
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 full dropper of your favorite tincture

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Enjoy!

😴 CBD VeganSleep Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 2 tsp flax seeds, ground
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 full dropper of your favorite tincture

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Enjoy!
